I'm pleased you've started photographing locations. I suggest you take your camera out again and try to be more experimental with your shots of specific objects. I'd like to see: low angle high angle extreme close ups tilts.
I particularly like your idea of using railway tracks. Your shot of the advancing train (as if coming out of a vanishing point is promising.
Re your grave yard shots, this is an evocative location (a good shot of the angel) but you've got to be careful not to use too many images that suggest a horror film.
A story board or a shot list (rough) with visual narrative would be useful.
